In order to be able to respond more individually to specific needs, I propose a set of programs based on key themes. These different programs include private classes specifically designed for you, depending on your physical (degree of flexibility, eventual joint pain) and emotional fitness, after an individual interview.

I can accompany you in Spanish, French, German or English.

Conquer my insomnia

Like many people, you have insomnia problems and you would like to get out of that hellish cycle of sleepless nights. The "Beat Insomnia" program is the solution for you.

The program includes:
  • A 30 minute private interview to get to know you and assess your needs
  • 4 private classes of 60 minutes by Zoom
  • 4 videos recorded of 20-30 minutes with exercises to do at home
The aim is that after this month practicing yoga together you will have a toolkit to recover a deep and restful sleep.

Classes include:
  • Soft poses that promote sleep
  • Breathing exercises
  • Mudras (hand gestures)
  • Self-massages
  • Meditations
The interval between two classes is at least a week to perfect the practice.
The rhythm of sleep does not change overnight. Changing bad habits takes time and discipline to do the exercises on a daily basis. A daily practice of 30 minutes is the guarantee of success.

Having previous yoga experience is an advantage, but not a necessity.

Like many people, you have anxiety or stress problems and would like to improve your daily well-being . The "Overcome My Anxiety" program is the solution for you.

The program includes:
  • A 30 minute private interview to get to know you and assess your needs
  • 4 private classes of 60 minutes by Zoom
  • 4 recorded videos of 20-30 minutes with exercises to do at home
The objective is that at the end of this month practicing yoga together you will have a tool kit that allows you to observe your mood changes and consciously adapt your behavior as these changes occur.

Classes include:
  • Gentle poses that promote relaxation
  • Breathing exercises (breathing is the gateway to our nervous system)
  • Mudras (hand gestures)
  • Self-massages
  • Meditations
The interval between two classes is at least a week to perfect the practice.

The objective is that at the end of this month practicing yoga together you will regain your vitality and the strength and energy to carry out your projects.

  • Poses to increase your vitality
  • Breathing exercises to optimize your breathing capacity
  • Mudras (hand gestures)
  • Self-massages
  • Meditations
